The process was smooth and I'm not going to lie, I thought it was a scam but the shoe is authenticated and they keep you updated through the whole process! Great experience

Each purchase is too slow. I often have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the goods. At the same time, there is no size recommendation for clothes and shoes, so sometimes I dare not buy or buy the wrong size

Wasn't expecting it to come for atleast 2-3 weeks and it ended up coming in less than a week!

Great service, quick turnaround from Stock X. Item was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks and actually arrived in 3-4 days. Very happy with the product as well, PS5 brand new in the box.

I've bought 1 pair of retro Chucks and 2 pair of Retro Jordan's from stockx and all three were legit. Customer service has always been patient and courteous with me also. Some of you with these bad reviews sound like you're dealing with another company entirely (plus I've noticed NONE of the people who had a problem with their service answered StockX back when they offered to help, i can smell a phoney claim a mile away)

Your website needs to be more simple also I would like to buy more than one pair of sneakers at a time and your customer support is lacking

1 month after selling my article and sent on time, still not paid !
